Stainless Steel Tubes and Pipes Standards
Standards for stainless steel seamless tube & pipe:
- Hydraulic
- Instrumentation
- Heat exchangers
- Pipe ASME / ANSI
- ISO & metric
- High Temperature
Our Stainless Steel Pipes meets mainly the following standards:
Specs: 304 (1.4301) Chromium - Nickel
TP 304 (1.4301) stainless steel tube is a variation of the 18% chromium – 8% nickel austenitic Stainless Steel Pipe, the most familiar and most frequently used alloy in the stainless steel family. This stainless steel tube may be considered for a wide variety of applications on good corrosion resistance, ease of fabrication, excellent formability, and high strength with low weight.
Specs: 304L (1.4307) Chromium - Nickel
Alloy 304L (UNS S30403) stainless steel tube is a variation of the 18% chromium – 8% nickel austenitic alloy, the most familiar and most frequently used alloy in the stainless steel family. This alloy may be considered for a wide variety of applications and exhibits good corrosion resistance, ease of fabrication, excellent formability, and high strength with low weight.
Specs: 304H (1.4948) Chromium - Nickel
Alloy 304H/1.4948 (UNS S30409) stainless steel pipe is a variation of the 18% chromium – 8% nickel austenitic Alloy 304, in which the carbon content is controlled to a range of 0.04-0.08 to provide improved high temperature strength to parts exposed to temperatures above 800°F.
Specs: 316(1.4401) /316L(1.4404) Cr-Ni-Mo
Alloys 316 (UNS S31600) and 316L (UNS S31603) are molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel tube, which are more resistant to general corrosion and pitting/crevice corrosion than the conventional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel pipe such as 304. These alloys also offer higher creep, stress-to-rupture, and tensile strength at elevated temperatures. In addition to excellent corrosion resistance and strength properties, the Alloys 316 and 316L Cr-Ni-Mo alloys also provide excellent fabricability and formability which are typical of the austenitic stainless steels.

Specs: 321/321H(1.4541/1.4878)Cr-Ni-Ti
Alloy 321 (UNS S32100) is a stabilized stainless steel pipe which offers as its main advantage an excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion following exposure to temperatures in the chromium carbide precipitation range from 800 to 1500°F (427 to 816°C). Alloy 321 stainless steel tubing is stabilized against chromium carbide formation by the addition of titanium.

Specs: 310S(1.4845)Cr-Ni
Alloy 310/310S (UNS S31000/S31008) austenitic stainless steel pipe is typically used for elevated temperature applications. Its high chromium and nickel content provides comparable corrosion resistance, superior resistance to oxidation, and the retention of a larger fraction of room temperature strength than the common austenitic Alloy 304.

Specs: 317L(1.4438) Cr-Ni-Mo
Alloy 317L (UNS S31703) is a molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel tube with greatly increased resistance to chemical attack as compared to the conventional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel pipe such as Alloy 304. In addition, Alloy 317L offers higher creep, stress-to-rupture, and tensile strength at elevated temperatures than conventional stainless steel tubing.

Specs: 347/347H(1.4550)Cr-Ni-Ti
Alloy 347 (1.4550) is a stabilized stainless steel tube which offers as its main advantage an excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion following exposure to temperatures in the chromium carbide precipitation range from 800 to 1500°F (427 to 816°C). Alloy 347 is stabilized by the addition of columbium and tantalum.

Specs: S32205/S31803(1.4462) Cr-Ni-Mo-Nitrogen Stainless Steel
Alloy 2205 (UNS S32305/S31803) is a 22% chromium, 3% molybdenum, 5-6% nickel, nitrogen alloyed duplex stainless steel pipe with high general, localized, and stress corrosion resistance properties in addition to high strength and excellent impact toughness.

904L(1.4539) Stainless Steel Tubes & pipes
904L is a non-stabilised low carbon high alloy austenitic stainless steel pipe. The addition of copper to this grade gives it greatly improved resistance to strong reducing acids, particularly sulphuric acid. It is also highly resistant to chloride attack - both pitting / crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.
